So, I decided that before I move 3000 miles away I should probably see some stuff around here.
I kind of knew I wanted to go to First Encounter Beach. I read that it was full of tide pools and such when the tide was low.
Eventually we decided to take 6A along the Bay side on the way out to First Encounter.
6A is a really small two-lane road that goes past, oh, 8 brazillion antique stores.
There weren’t a lot of public beaches marked on the map, so the first place we stopped on the way was in Dennis, MA.

The tide was so high on this beach that there wasn’t really anywhere to stand, so we just looked around for awhile and got back on the road.
The next stop was at Point of Rocks Beach (we skipped Corporation Beach.. it sounded like you’d be reclining on shredded invoices and dipping your toes into printer ink? I don’t know.)
It was kind of like a Goldilocks-and-the-three-bears scenario with the beaches. Except..instead of different things being wrong..they were both just kind of crappy.
But then..!
The best beach evar!

First! Real! Post!
Brings back memories. Have taken that road many times. Even your Mom had to take that road when she was maybe 7 or 8!!! Exciting!!!!
I didn’t even know there were Brazillian antique stores, I mean what kind of antiques are so special from Brazil?
Oh, and I LOVE your masthead, is that what it’s called? The stuff at the top. It’s very cool. I want a blog!
